The Washington County Sheriff's Office held a luncheon to honor the retirement of Chief Deputy Mark Kramer.  Chief Deputy Kramer was hired by the Washington County Sheriff's Office in 1978.  His service included Patrol Deputy, Sergeant of Patrol and held the position of Chief Deputy from 1993 to 2009.  Chief Deputy Kramer will be missed by all.
